Responsibilities

• Deliver on assigned tasks, targets, and deadlines to support world-class service delivery
• Contribute to a culture of transformation and corporate social responsibility initiatives
• Research and recommend business process improvements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and mentors to understand and meet needs
• Manage expectations and build constructive internal relationships
• Ensure all work complies with guidelines, regulations, and governance requirements
• Maintain high standards of professionalism in presentation and delivery
• Participate in training and complete learning activities for personal growth

Qualifications

• Education: Advanced Diploma/National 1st Degree; A Relevant Degree/Diploma/Equivalent is preferred
• Experience: 0 to 3 months (Entry-level graduate role)
• Technical Knowledge:
• Business writing, Data analysis, Microsoft Office
• Relevant regulatory knowledge and Operating System knowledge
